EvaQ10 is a product of Efferty International Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia. Our registered address is PT 15825, Jalan Sura Jetty, 23000 Dungun, Terengganu.

These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By continuing to use our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Products & Ordering

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

EvaQ10 is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online banking (FPX)
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • E-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, Boost)

Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all states in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Estimated delivery times:

  • Peninsular Malaysia:2–4 business days
  • East Malaysia:4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Free shipping is available on all orders. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Damaged or defective products:If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within7 daysof delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a free replacement.
  • Wrong item received:If you receive the incorrect product, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
  • Change of mind:We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Opened products:For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

All replacement requests must be submitted to hello@efferty.com with your order number and supporting photos.
